She is the creator of a self-help therapy card deck, My Soul Brief-Case, and she is the acting Managing Director of WellAtSea – a 3rd party service provider in the maritime industry meant to safeguard the mental and physical well-being of seafarers. She is passionate about creating psychologically safe and inclusive environments, with a focus on optimizing operations, in order to drive transformative change.
