I have received requests from practitioners to publish their data on my page, so I would like to make it easier for anyone who wants to be found to share their details with me.

Registration to the directory is completely FREE. I do not charge to have your name on here. My mission is to make health accessible to as many Filipinos, and I know that sharing your contact information and practice details will help so many more.

Consent for Referral

As part of our Mental Health Survey assessment process, we are looking for more practitioners whom we can refer clients to. You will be sent assessment results based on your area of expertise. Every referral that you will receive through the Mental Health Survey shall use Vanguard Assessments tools and tests during the entire process of the therapy, this includes further assessments needed during the process.
